I can get hand to glass to get your windows gleaming. The materials I use provide for a streak-free finish on your glass and the time required for the work can be tailored to your requirements.

A full clean – my recommended option – involves not only your glass surfaces but also the screens, window frames and tracks that the glass and screens travel in. I take down any netting curtains, refitting them at the conclusion of the job.

The whole job, depending on property size, including outside and inside typically takes 4 to 6 hours. All materials and equipment is provided by me – you just supply the water.

My work preference time is a 9 am start on either a Monday, Wednesday or a Friday but am flexible enough to work on any day Mon – Fri and at other time slots if that suits you better. If you re-engage me some time later (6 months, 12 months or so) to come back for a 2nd and subsequent clean then my hourly rate drops by $5. In other words if your first clean took 4 hours then the next visit would be $20 lower for the same no. of hours. I also offer this same discount arrangement if you engage me during the quieter off-season times of the year. Demand season is the 7 months October through April while the other 5 months May through September are a quieter off-season time. Any cleaning request during this off-season period will qualify for an additional $5 off of my hourly rate also. Coupled together with a second visit discount you can therefore see that a $10/hour reduction is possible if you engage me during the off-season. I am very keen to fill my appointment book 12 months into advance so please consider helping my business – at the same time as saving yourself some money – by perhaps setting up your window cleaning schedule with me.
